The Southern Nevada Brewers Guild invites you to a unique yeast seminar held at Hudl Brewing Company on Sunday, April 21st, before the Craft Brewers Conference. Three brewing yeast companies, Escarpment Labs, Lallemand Brewing, and White Labs, are coming together to talk about liquid and dry yeast pitches and yeast management with you.

- Presentations from the organizers – 9.00AM – 11 AM
- Managing yeast repitching and maximizing the value and consistency of your yeast with Escarpment Labs
- Dry yeast production and quality with Lallemand Brewing
- Yeast health and nutrition, best practices for liquid and dry yeast with White Labs and Hudl Brewing Co.
- Beer tasting and sensory feedback – 11 AM – 1 PM
- Beers made with California Ale Yeast® liquid and dry
- Other beers made for CBC with White Labs and LalBrew® yeasts
