Join us for an afternoon exploring the art and science behind yeast management and repitching. Learn how to reliably harvest and repitch for any style of beer, what nutrition is necessary, and above all, how to save money and time in your production schedule. Three yeast companies (White Labs, Escarpment Labs and Lallemand Brewing) come together with guest breweries to share their best practices and knowledge answering your questions for any size brewery.
